Two Spar supermarkets are on the route to the beach, making it simple to pick up self-catering supplies. Rancho Texas Park is 2 km away, and Lanzarote Airport is 9 km from the property. The location is rated favourably and works well for those who prefer a quieter base within walking distance of the main resort action.

All units are studio-style with a combined sleeping/living area. Some have been renovated with modern kitchenettes, wardrobes, and bathrooms, while others retain older fittings. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a balcony or terrace, and basic kitchen equipment (cookware, cutlery, crockery). Beds are generally comfortable, but mattresses are sometimes uncovered, and some may have stains. The lack of air conditioning is a major limitation; in summer months the room can become very hot, so balcony doors must be left open for airflow. Road-facing rooms can be noisy at night. Some ground-floor units have a gap under the door that allows insects to enter. Cleanliness varies significantly between units.

Each studio has a kitchenette equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and basic cookware and cutlery. The complex has no bar or restaurant, but cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are within a short walk along the main strip. Some units have received upgraded kitchenettes. The kitchen supplies are minimal-typically one pan, a few pieces of cutlery, and limited crockery-so guests planning to cook regularly should pack additional basics.

The pool is open all year but is not heated. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, though some loungers are worn or broken. The pool area can contain fallen leaves and is not cleaned daily. The garden has outdoor furniture. A golf course is within 3 km. There is no bar, no lifeguard, and no umbrellas for shade. The complex is small and quiet, with no organised entertainment.
