The complex sits on a quiet street one block from the main Avenida de las Playas (the Strip), with restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets within a 1-2 minute walk. The beach is reachable in about 5 minutes on foot. Lanzarote Airport is a 10-minute drive away; a paid shuttle service or taxi is the most convenient transfer, as on-site parking is not available and free street parking is limited. A bus stop is also close by for exploring the island.

All units are studio-style with a single living/sleeping area, a private balcony or patio, and a pool view. The kitchenette is basic, equipped with a two-ring hob, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, and utensils, but no microwave or television. Rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower (no bath). There is no air conditioning; table fans are available to rent from reception. Storage is minimal. Matresses and pillows are old and often described as uncomfortable. Some ground-floor rooms (e.g. 221) are north-facing and receive no sunlight on the patio, while others are very noisy due to proximity to the service area and bin store. Room 220 has a terrace adjoining reception with a water fountain that starts at 9am, limiting privacy and quiet. Rooms facing the street or stairs can experience noise from neighbours and the bottle bank outside the bathroom window. For a comfortable stay, request a south-facing, upper-floor room away from the stairs and service areas.

The complex does not have a restaurant or bar. Each apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette with a hob, kettle, toaster, and fridge, allowing for light self-catering, but the lack of a microwave and limited cookware makes preparing full meals challenging. Two supermarkets are located on the same street, one immediately next door, for groceries. The Avenida de las Playas, a 1-minute walk away, is lined with numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés serving a variety of cuisines, including Tex-Mex, Italian, Chinese, and Spanish. Guests should plan meals around eating out or very simple in-room preparation.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year and has a shallow end. Sun loungers are available on the surrounding terrace, but they do not recline - cushions can be rented for an extra fee. The pool area is kept meticulously clean and is quiet, with no music allowed and strict shower-before-entry rules. The pool is not heated, so it can feel cold outside the peak summer months. A golf course is within 3 km.

Reception is staffed only from 10:00 to 13:00 daily; outside these hours, guests must call a posted phone number for assistance. Luggage storage is available after check-out, but there are no public toilets or shower facilities for freshening up. Wi-Fi is available for a flat fee of €5 per stay per apartment. Safety deposit box key rental costs a deposit (refundable upon return). Fans, hair dryers (€5/week), and sunbed cushions (€5/week) are all payable extras. The complex is strictly adults-only and no pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments but is allowed on the terrace. Security is provided overnight.
