The main Avenida de las Playas strip, with its many bars, restaurants and shops, is about 10 minutes away on foot. Local supermarkets include a mini market just down the road. Lanzarote Airport is 4 km away, reachable in about 10 minutes by car. A bus stop on Rambla Islas Canarias (line 161) provides a convenient public transport link. Rancho Texas Park is 1 km from the property. Scuba diving, windsurfing, hiking, horse riding and other watersports are available within a short distance.

The apartments offer a 1-bedroom layout with a separate living area, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and a terrace with garden or pool views. Kitchens are well fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and all cookware and utensils needed for self-catering. Each apartment also has a washing machine - especially useful for longer stays. The living area includes a sofa, dining table and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (including BBC and ITV). Bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and good storage, with a travel cot available on request. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is provided; keeping the bedroom window and front door open creates a cross-breeze. Some apartments face the pool and get afternoon sun. Request a first-floor apartment via host if ground-floor access is not preferred.

The complex has no restaurant, bar or café, so all meals are self-catered in the apartment kitchen or eaten out. There is also no shop on site for essentials. However, the location is ideal for dining out: within a 10-minute walk there are dozens of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Noted nearby options include Antica Trattoria di Verona, The Plough, El Arao, Shauna's Bar and Arthur's Bar & Restaurant - all approximately 0.5 km away. A mini market just down the road sells everyday items.

The apartment complex has a communal pool with sun loungers (limited number) and a sun terrace with garden views. The pool is unheated and is surrounded by a quiet, gated complex. Playa de los Pocillos beach, an 8-minute walk away, offers a sandy shore for swimming and sunbathing. For those wanting more active pursuits, scuba diving, windsurfing, fishing, horse riding, hiking, tennis and a water park are all available within a short drive or walk (some with additional charges and some off-site). A golf course is located within 3 km.

The apartments are self-contained and managed by a host (Julia), who communicates by WhatsApp and is responsive. There is no on-site reception desk. Check-in is via a key box, which is straightforward, and keys are collected at the entrance. Free WiFi is available throughout the complex and is strong enough for calls and video calls. Free street parking is available directly in front of the complex. The apartment has a safe (no extra charge), an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine. No automatic cleaning or linen change is provided during the stay; bedding and towels are not refreshed unless requested. Bin disposal points are a walk away from some apartments.
