APARTAMENTO ZONA PALACIO DE LAS DUENAS Y LAS SETAS, Seville

The apartment sits in a central yet quiet area, making it ideal for exploring the city's main attractions on foot. Barrio Santa Cruz is an 18-minute walk away. The nearest restaurants and tapas bars are within 0.3-0.5 km, offering plenty of dining options. Seville Airport is 11 km away. The neighbourhood is calm despite being in the heart of the city, and the on-site parking is a major convenience for those driving.

The apartment has two bedrooms each fitted with single beds, a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle but no hob. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with good air conditioning that keeps the space cool even during a heatwave. The interior is clean and functional rather than modern. All bedrooms offer views of the inner courtyard, which contributes to the quiet atmosphere. Beds are comfortable, and the linen and towels are provided.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle - suitable for light meals and tea/coffee (provided by the host) but not for cooking. For full meals, the immediate surroundings offer a rich choice: Zalata Restaurante & Tapas, La Carpinteria, Los Claveles, and Bar-Restaurante Duenas are all within 0.5 km, with Catalina Casa de Comidas, Vermuteria Palabra de Bar, and El Rincon Sagrado within 0.5 km.

WiFi is free throughout the property. Private parking is available on-site for 10 EUR per day and is a significant advantage in the city centre. The building has a lift. The host provides a smooth key handover, offers recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and allows luggage to be stored after check-out if the apartment remains free. Cots are available. The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
