Hammarbybacken Ski Centre is directly across the street for winter sports. Sickla Shopping Centre is 2km away. The tram runs frequently, and from Gullmarsplan station the metro connects to Gamla Stan and central Stockholm in about 20 minutes. Airport transfers: Arlanda is best reached by airport bus or taxi (around 600 SEK). The Viking Line terminal is 30-40 minutes away by public transport. Some apartments face a main road, but double glazing keeps street noise to a minimum.

Units range from studios to one-bedroom split-level apartments (with the double bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs in the terrace apartment). Each apartment has a tiled bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and basic cookware (pots, pans, utensils). Select units offer a private terrace, French balcony, or patio with outdoor furniture - but note that some terraces are indoor loft spaces without direct outside access. The central HVAC system controls temperature (adjustable between 21-23°C) and runs continuously; windows in many rooms cannot be opened, which can make the air feel stale. Automatic blinds may close during the day and cannot be overridden. Sound insulation between apartments is average; noise from neighbours or the ventilation can be noticeable. The sofa bed is often reported as firm and less comfortable for two adults. Overall, the apartments are clean and functional, suited for short stays where cooking and laundry facilities are valued.

The property does not operate a restaurant or bar, so all meals are either prepared in the apartment or taken at nearby eateries. The kitchenette has a stove, microwave, fridge, and all essential cookware - ideal for preparing simple meals. Supermarkets (Lidl, Coop) and several cafés, bakeries, sushi bars, and tapas restaurants are within 200-500m. For a wider restaurant selection, Sickla area and Gullmarsplan offer additional choices including a brewpub and a sky bar. Breakfast is not provided, but guests can buy basics from the nearby stores. A welcome pack (basic kitchen staples) is available for an extra fee.

For outdoor leisure, the ski centre provides slopes and a lift, easily accessible on foot. In warmer months, the surrounding area offers waterfront walking paths, parks, and a short walk to Sickla kaj for ferry connections to central Stockholm. There is a small garden on the property. No wellness facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre are available on site. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, suitable for relaxed evening strolls.

All access is by code locks - no physical keys or reception desk. Support is via email or phone. Luggage storage is available in a secure locker room (floor 6) free of charge, both before check-in and after check-out. Private on-site parking costs 240 SEK per day (reservation mandatory) and includes an electric vehicle charging station. Street parking is also available at 15 SEK/hour (07:00-19:00). Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. Cots can be provided for 400 SEK. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors; a fine of 5000 SEK applies. Payment can be made by American Express, Visa, or MasterCard; no deposit is required. The building has a lift, though occasional outages have been reported. Bicycle storage is not available; bikes can be locked near the back doors or taken up to the apartment.
