The hotel sits on a quiet street right in the heart of Stockholm's central business and shopping district. All major attractions, including Gamla Stan and Stureplan nightlife, are within a 10-15 minute walk. Public transport is exceptionally convenient: Hötorget Metro station is 200 metres away, and Stockholm Central Station (with Arlanda Express, Flygbussarna airport coaches, and regional trains) is a 5-minute walk. The immediate area is dense with restaurants, shops, and cafés, making car use unnecessary. For those arriving by car, luggage can be unloaded at the entrance before parking at a nearby public garage.

All rooms include a private bathroom with a rain shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries (conditioner available in Standard Plus and above). Each room has a laptop safe, under-bed storage, and a flat-screen TV. Standard double rooms have a 160cm bed and are compact-adequate for one to two people but limited for luggage. Many rooms are intentionally small, with minimal furniture (no desk or chair in standard categories), so they are best for short stays. Some rooms face an internal courtyard and are very quiet; others on higher floors may be affected by ventilation noise. A number of basement-level rooms have no windows, which can feel claustrophobic and lack fresh air. Standard categories do not include a kettle-only Superior rooms and above provide tea and coffee facilities. All rooms are heated via a central system. Rooms in the Junior Suite category can accommodate up to 4 people and include a fridge.

Breakfast is a generous buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold items, including gluten-free and lactose-free options as well as vegan choices. In the evening, the bar serves a selection of pizzas and drinks, with a terrace that is pleasant on warmer days. Breakfast time slots must be reserved in advance, and seating is limited to 45 minutes during peak times. Standard and lower room categories do not include a kettle; tea and coffee are available for purchase at the reception shop.

The hotel does not have its own fitness centre, but a collaboration with a nearby gym allows guests to use its facilities-request access from reception. The property has a small courtyard terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxation. There is no swimming pool or spa on site.

The 24-hour reception allows flexible check-in, but late arrivals after midnight should be pre-arranged as the entrance is locked from midnight. Free luggage storage and lockers are available before check-in and after check-out, though the hotel cannot hold luggage for several days between stays. Daily room cleaning is not automatic and must be requested at reception. An ironing room is available for guest use. Express check-in/out is free. The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and MasterCard. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Safety deposit boxes are provided in rooms.
