CITYBOX STOCKHOLM, Stockholm

The hotel sits in the heart of Stockholm, directly across from Slussen station, providing direct metro access to Arlanda Airport via the commuter train. On foot: 12 minutes to Fotografiska, 11 to the Royal Palace, under 1 km to Stockholm Cathedral. The Viking Line terminal is a 20-30 minute walk. Nearby construction can make the entrance hard to find; taxis may drop off a short walk away. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, and the ferry to Djurgården for museums and parks.

The hotel does not serve breakfast. The lobby has vending machines with coffee, snacks, and drinks. The guest kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, hot water, and basic crockery and utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The surrounding streets offer many cafés, restaurants, and a grocery store within a short walk for those who prefer eating out or buying supplies.

The hotel does not have fitness or spa facilities. The central location gives easy access to Stockholm's parks and outdoor activities such as winter sports, kayaking, and canoeing. The nearby Slussen metro quickly connects to Djurgården for open-air museums, walking trails, and leisure opportunities.

The hotel operates mostly via self-service kiosks for check-in and check-out, with staff available on-site for assistance. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out. A self-service laundry room on the second floor accepts card payment and includes detergent. The business centre offers free fax/photocopying; meeting/banquet facilities are available for an additional charge. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides family rooms, cots on request, and pet accommodation (150 SEK/night). There is no on-site parking; motoring guests should plan to use nearby public parking garages.
