The location puts the city centre within easy reach on foot-it's a 20-minute walk or one metro stop to Stockholm Central Station, and two stops to Gamla Stan. A bus stop is directly outside, and the green metro line connects to the Arlanda Express terminal at T-Centralen. The immediate area is lively with shops, supermarkets (including Lidl), and many restaurants and bars. A 7-Eleven and McDonald's are opposite the hotel. The walk from Arlanda Flygbussarna drop-off is about 15 minutes downhill. The metro entrance provides an underground tunnel connection, making it convenient in all weather.

The hotel has a wide range of room types. Standard Single and Economy Queen rooms have no windows and are often compact, with a bed accessible from only one side. Superior Queen rooms include a small window, while Studio and Apartment rooms offer full windows and more space, including separate living areas and kitchenettes with a refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Some apartments accommodate up to four adults with a separate bedroom and a door to the living area. Family rooms are available with a double and single bed. All rooms are air-conditioned, and some have a balcony. Room size is generally limited-storage consists of hanging hooks and under-bed drawers rather than a wardrobe. Light sleepers should request a room away from the restaurant area or street to reduce noise. Some windowless rooms are below ground level and can feel dark, prompting the need for an electric lamp.
