HOTEL LOCAL 101 BEAUREPAIRE, Paris

After its Summer2026 reopening, Local101 Beaurepaire sits in the heart of Paris at 10minutes' walk from the major rail hubs of Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, making it ideal for travellers arriving by train. The hotel is 300m from République Metro Station, which connects five different metro lines - giving direct, transfer-free access to the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Marais, the Louvre, and Canal Saint-Martin. The neighbourhood itself is lively and walkable, with multiple cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. Galeries Lafayette, Opéra Garnier, and Montmartre are all within easy walking distance or a short metro ride. For those arriving by car, no parking is available on site, so public transport or taxis are the recommended option.

Upon reopening in Summer2026, all rooms will feature a fresh contemporary design with local artist collaborations. Each room is air-conditioned and soundproofed, with heating, a flat-screen cable TV, free high-speed WiFi, a desk, and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and exclusive Parisian toiletries. Room types include single, double, twin, and quadruple configurations; some quadruple rooms have two separate spaces. A limited number of rooms on the fifth floor have a balcony with outdoor furniture - these should be requested at booking. Cots are available on request (advance notice required). Rooms are kept clean with daily housekeeping, and free luggage storage is available at the 24-hour front desk. Note that rooms do not include a fridge, but fans can be provided on request. The comfortable beds and quiet interior rooms (overlooking the courtyard) make for a restful stay, while road-facing rooms remain well soundproofed.

After the renovation, the hotel will open Le Beaurepaire, a new in-house bar and restaurant perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Breakfast is served each morning for a charge of 16€ per person. The buffet includes hot items such as eggs, bacon, and cheese, alongside continental staples like croissants, breads, corn flakes, yogurt, and cheese - all self-service. There is also a coffee house on site for lighter snacks and drinks throughout the day. The surrounding area offers many excellent restaurants and cafés within a short walk (0.3km), including Les Coupettes, Ari's Bagels, Elgi, and Brook's café, giving plenty of variety for other meals.

Leisure facilities are focused on relaxation within the hotel: there is a shared lounge and TV area where guests can unwind, and board games and puzzles are available for families or groups. The hotel's outdoor furniture on the balconies and in the courtyard (where available) offers a spot to sit out. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre on site. For more active leisure, the lively neighbourhood and proximity to Canal Saint-Martin provide excellent walking and jogging routes.
