The property is in a 1930s building at the heart of the Part-Dieu business district, 10 minutes on foot from Lyon Part-Dieu TGV station and 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. Garibaldi and Sans-Souci metro stations are both 600 metres away, providing a 20-minute journey to the Parc Olympique Lyonnais Stadium and direct access to Bellecour Square and Notre-Dame de Fourvière Basilica. Jean-Moulin University is a 5-minute walk, and the Part-Dieu shopping centre is 15 minutes on foot. The tram and metro network connects easily to the city centre, allowing quick exploration of Old Lyon's traboules, the Croix Rousse district, and the Tête d'Or park. Lyon Saint-Exupéry international airport is a 30-minute drive or shuttle ride. The immediate neighbourhood is practical, with supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several small shops within a few blocks. For those driving, on-site parking is available but must be reserved.

Accommodation consists of 141 studios and apartments, ranging from studios to 2- and 3-room units (up to 40 m2) sleeping up to 6 people. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware; some apartments also have a dishwasher and a dining area. Living areas include a sofa bed. Bedrooms have high-quality bedding and flat-screen satellite TV. Five units are adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Units have a private bathroom with bath or shower. Soundproofed windows are present in some rooms, but noise from train tracks can still be an issue in certain wing-facing rooms. The property does not have air conditioning; some rooms are equipped with fans on request, but in hot weather the rooms can become uncomfortably warm. Work desks are available in each unit. Some apartments are duplex style with internal stairs. The common corridors and some rooms show signs of wear, including damaged carpet, missing ceiling tiles, and marked walls. The property overall has a dated feel, with the lobby being more modern than the upper floors.

The property's Bistrot City restaurant offers a relaxed setting and serves traditional, seasonal French and European dishes for lunch and dinner, Monday to Thursday (12:00-14:00 and 19:00-21:30) and Friday lunch only (12:00-14:00). A lounge bar serves hot drinks in the afternoon and cocktails in the evening. For quicker options, the Comptoir City service provides snacks, takeaway items, and pizzas ordered at reception. The daily buffet breakfast (€13 per person) includes breads (including gluten-free), pastries, hot and fresh beverages, sausages, eggs, fresh fruit, fruit salad, cheeses and yoghurts.
