All units come with a private bathroom (bath or shower), a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and utensils, plus a desk, seating area, and TV. Some rooms have a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, suitable for families. A kettle and hairdryer are available on request at reception; irons can be borrowed. There are no rooms with a balcony. Rooms can feel basic and the furniture is aging; the lack of air conditioning makes summer stays difficult, especially for rooms facing south or west. Road-facing rooms may also be subject to street noise. The lift motor is audible in nearby units, so requesting a room away from the lift is recommended.

The continental breakfast includes bread, pastries, hot drinks, and limited cold cuts and cheese. It is available on weekdays only; on weekends no breakfast service is offered. The on-site minimarket stocks basic groceries. For a wider selection, several bakeries, cafés, and restaurants - including Petit Ogre, D & D, Bistrot City Lyon Part Dieu, and others - are within a 5-minute walk.

Leisure options within the residence itself are limited to a small garden. The nearest public parks and leisure areas are located in central Lyon, accessible via metro from Garibaldi station.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is complimentary but limited to same-day use only; longer storage is not permitted. On-site private parking costs €13 per day and must be reserved in advance (the garage door has been reported as non-functional at times). Laundry service costs €4 for 6 kg plus €3 for drying. Weekly cleaning is free; extra cleaning can be requested for a €25 fee. The property has a lift, family rooms, non-smoking rooms, and facilities for disabled guests. Pets are allowed on request with charges. Staff are available during reception hours (7:00-18:30 on weekdays, closed weekends); outside those times, arrival procedures are handled via self-check-in codes.
