Each apartment has a private entrance, work desk, seating area, dining area, wardrobe and sofa; bathroom layouts vary from one to two bathrooms with showers and bidets, and there are no bathtubs or balconies. One-bedroom units sleep two, two-bedroom units sleep four, and three-bedroom units sleep six to eight, with bed configurations ranging from one to four beds. Some units include a washing machine and microwave, while others do not. High-floor apartments deliver city and KL Tower views, but sound insulation between units and from corridors is limited. Because the exact unit is assigned at arrival, fixtures and condition can vary between apartments.

Breakfast inclusion is not fixed for every stay; it depends on the dates and room rate selected.
