The hotel sits on a quiet street in the Margareten district, a 10-minute bus ride from the city centre. A bus stop 100 metres away connects directly to the State Opera.
The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket (Billa) within a short walk. Mariahilfer Straße is 7 minutes by bus. Public transport tickets are available at reception, and the metro station is about a 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet, though some side streets feel less busy at night. The property uses key card access for security.

Accommodation

Rooms are individually furnished with modern decor, satellite TV, safe, and private bathroom. Some rooms feature a balcony, kitchenette, or separate living area.
Room types range from standard double rooms to spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchens. Only six double and six single rooms include a balcony; these are available upon request. All rooms have heating and carpeted floors, but no air conditioning - a fan is provided during warm months. Selected rooms have a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and cookware. Bathrooms are private, with shower or bathtub. Noise insulation varies; rooms facing the street may pick up traffic sounds. The building has an elevator, though it can be slow.

Dining

A continental breakfast buffet is served daily from 07:00 to 10:30 at an additional charge of €15 per person. There is no on-site restaurant.
Breakfast includes breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, and hot drinks. The selection is suitable for a three-star hotel. No other meals or bar service are available, but free coffee and tea are offered in the lobby during the day. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and takeaway options are within a short walk, offering international cuisine and local dishes.
