The hotel sits on the Gürtel ring road, about 200 m from Alser Straße subway station (U6) and directly across from the Hernalser Gürtel tram stop (line 44). The city center (Schottentor/University) is 5 tram stops or 8 minutes away, and a 15-20 minute walk along the shopping street Alserstraße brings you to the Ringstraße boulevard, Votive Church, and Town Hall. Walking to the Hofburg and Museum Quarter takes about 20-25 minutes. Vienna's General Hospital (AKH) is one U6 stop away. The Brunnenmarkt, Vienna's longest street market, and many restaurants, bars, and a McDonald's are within a 5-minute walk. The area is well served by public transport, and the hotel sells Vienna Cards and public transport tickets.

All rooms have a private bathroom (some with glass doors, some with solid doors; request a solid door if preferred), air conditioning (above 25°C), satellite TV, a tea and coffee machine, hairdryer, and soundproof windows. Rooms vary in size and decor: the compact single rooms are functional but very small, while double and family rooms offer more space. The VIENNA ORIGINAL rooms (23 in total) are dedicated to historic Viennese businesses such as the Riesenrad, Ottakringer, and Aida, each with designer furniture, rain showers, and Bose sound systems. Whirlpool rooms are available for couples, with a large whirlpool tub and romantic packages. Park rooms overlook the quiet garden or a park, with higher floors offering park views and a small library in the lounge; these are ideal for light sleepers. Donauwalzer rooms face the street but have soundproof windows. Flohwalzer rooms are a budget-friendly option with rain showers and fast Wi-Fi. Some rooms on the top floor have skylights without proper blackout curtains. A yoga mat is provided in some rooms. Housekeeping is daily, but consistency in cleaning may vary; the front desk can arrange extra services upon request.

Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 to 10:00 (until 10:30 on weekends and public holidays) on the first floor. The buffet includes a wide selection: hot and cold options, fresh bread, pastries, Bircher muesli, cheeses, meats, pâtés, salads, eggs, vegan spreads, sparkling wine, and juices. Local and organic products are used, and the hotel keeps bees on the roof and has its own chickens for eggs. A business breakfast (coffee and croissant, €6.50) is available for early departures. The 24-hour café-bar offers coffee specialties, Viennese wines, and 24-hour snacks. There is no on-site restaurant; several restaurants, including Pizzeria Casa Piccola, are within a 5-minute walk.

The Private SPA can be reserved for individual or couple use, for 2 hours (€39-€79 per person depending on the day) or 4 hours (€59-€104 per person). The price includes bathrobes, slippers, towels, ice water, snacks, and newspapers. The SPA must be booked in advance at reception, by phone, or by email. There is no pool, gym, or public spa area. The hotel also has a quiet garden with outdoor furniture where guests can relax. Free bicycle rental is available, and live music performances are held at breakfast on weekends.
