Liceu Metro is 150 metres from the door, providing direct connections to the rest of the city and the airport. Despite the lively pedestrian street, double glazing and good windows reduce street noise in most studios.

Each studio has smart wooden floors and functional décor, divided into a sleeping area with two single beds (190x75 cm each) and a living-dining area with a sofa bed and TV. The kitchenette includes an oven, hob, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine - practical for self-catering stays. Bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. Some studios include a balcony overlooking Ferran Street; economy studios do not have a balcony. The building has a lift (one small step from the street to the lobby). Spacious enough for three to four people, the apartments are well-equipped with cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, and basic pantry items. Double glazing helps keep interiors quiet.

Aspasios Plaza Real Apartments does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each apartment's kitchenette is fully equipped (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils) so you can prepare your own meals.
