The Eixample location places guests within easy walking distance of the historic centre, Ciutadella Park, the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum. Urquinaona Metro station (300 m) and Arc de Triomf regional station provide rapid connections across the city and to the airport. Numerous cafés, restaurants and a supermarket are on the same block, making self-catering and casual dining very convenient. The street itself is notably quiet for central Barcelona, and walking to Las Ramblas takes about 10 minutes.

Units range from one-bedroom to five-bedroom layouts, suitable for groups up to 10 people. Each apartment is elegantly designed with parquet floors, high ceilings and soundproofing. Flooring is tile or wood (no carpet). Kitchens include oven, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine - well stocked with cookware, utensils, dish soap and laundry detergent. Sofa beds in living rooms provide additional sleeping space for larger bookings (e.g. three-bedroom apartments sleep 6). Bathrooms are private. Some units overlook a quiet interior courtyard, while others have street views or a private balcony. The shared terrace is a valued outdoor space. Beds are comfortable and the apartments are clean, though some may note that rooms are not oversized - fine for short family stays.

The property does not operate any dining facilities. Every apartment is equipped with a kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle) and is stocked with starter supplies of coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper and cleaning items. A large supermarket is around the corner, and several casual eateries (including Pirineu En Boca, Bar Centro Burgers & Craft Beer, Hawker 45, Bruc33Tapas and Papaya) are within a few minutes' walk. For a wider choice, Passeig de Gràcia and the Gothic Quarter are a 10-minute walk away.

Leisure facilities are absent from the building itself. However, the location gives direct walking access to Ciutadella Park (nearby), the Cathedral, Picasso Museum, and the main boulevards. The shared terrace offers a pleasant outdoor spot for relaxation.

Internet is free in all rooms. The building has a lift (floor assignment depends on availability). Access is via key card and an electronic door code provided 24 hours before arrival. Luggage can be stored free of charge at a nearby office (3-5 minutes' walk) before check-in and after check-out until 21:00.
