The hotel is located in the bustling Ikebukuro district, just 24 km from Haneda Airport. Two train stations provide excellent connectivity: Kanamecho Station (3 minutes on foot) and Ikebukuro Station (5-12 minutes). The area is packed with restaurants, convenience stores, and shops, including a supermarket (Life) a few doors up. Nishi-Ikebukuro Park is a 6-minute walk, and Ikebukuro Mitake Shrine is 600 metres away. Despite being on a busy street, the neighbourhood is quiet at night. For exploring Tokyo, the location is ideal-walk to Sunshine City or take the Yamanote line from Ikebukuro. However, carrying large luggage is less convenient due to the walking distance from the main station.

All rooms include a private bathroom with either a bath or shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Amenities include air-conditioning, heating, a desk, electric kettle, safe, and carpeted flooring. Family rooms offer two beds, while double rooms have one double bed. Rooms are well-soundproofed, ensuring a quiet stay. Storage is limited: two to three suitcases fit inside (space under the bed is usable). The bed is firm and comfortable, though some may find the pillow firm. Cleaning occurs once every 4 days, but daily towel and rubbish exchange can be arranged. The hotel is a renovated apartment building, offering a functional and practical stay.

Breakfast is not provided, but the hotel compensates with a free coffee and tea machine in the lobby, open at all hours. There is also a microwave for guest use. A welcome gift of instant ramen is given at check-in. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options: numerous restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are within a 5-minute walk, including a crepe shop next door and a matcha/coffee café. A supermarket (Life) is just a few doors away for self-catering. The hotel's bar/lounge area is available for relaxing with a drink.

Services include 24-hour reception, luggage storage (free, including before check-in and after check-out for extended periods), and same-day forwarding acceptance. Safety features: key card access, CCTV, smoke alarms, and safety deposit box. A lift provides floor access. Laundry is available via coin-operated machines, and there is a vending machine for drinks. Fax/photocopying is offered for an additional charge. The front desk can assist with parcel receipt. Check-in is smooth and fast. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards.
