HIZ HOTEL GINZA, Tokyo

Located in a peaceful area near company offices, HIZ Hotel Ginza offers easy access to multiple transport options. Takaracho Station (5 minutes walk) provides a direct train to Narita Airport. The hotel is within a short walk of three subway stations (Takara-cho, Shintomi, Hatchobori) and 15 minutes on foot from Tokyo Station for Shinkansen and limited express services. Haneda Airport is 16 km away. The neighbourhood is quiet at night yet close to Ginza's shopping and dining, with convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart) within 2-6 minutes on foot.

Rooms are apartment-style with parquet floors, a seating and dining area, and a work desk. All units include a balcony, kitchen with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher and kitchenware, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Some apartments offer two separate bedrooms, while others have one bedroom plus a living room with a pull-out sofa. The sofa bed is noted as less comfortable for adults; the main beds are rated as comfortable. Some units have floor heating. The bathroom also features a drying function for laundry.

HIZ Hotel Ginza does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast. Each apartment includes a full kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, and kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Several convenience stores and supermarkets (including OK Discount grocery store) are within a 2-15 minute walk, and numerous restaurants and cafés are nearby in the Shintomi area.

The private bathroom in each apartment includes a steam sauna function, allowing guests to enjoy a steam session in the comfort of their own room. This bathroom also has a drying setting for laundry. There is no pool, gym, spa, or other on-site leisure facilities, but the quiet residential area is suitable for morning runs along the Sumida River, about 10 minutes away.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The property has a lift, 24-hour security with CCTV, and key card access. Luggage storage is offered free of charge before check-in and after check-out, and longer-term storage during a multi-city trip is possible. The hotel can receive luggage shipments (e.g., Yamato Transport) on behalf of guests. A Yamato transport office is a 2-minute walk away for forwarding luggage. No direct luggage delivery to other hotels is provided. Daily cleaning is only done after check-out; additional cleaning during the stay costs 2500 yen. The reception desk is staffed and can assist with shipping arrangements and extra bedding.
