ATICCO LIVING GRACIA - APARTMENTS ROOFTOP, Barcelona

The apartment is situated in the highly rated Gràcia area, known for its local feel, narrow streets, and abundant shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Fontana metro station (L3, green line) is a few steps away, making it easy to reach Passeig de Gràcia (16 min walk), Casa Batlló (2 km), Park Güell (20 min walk), and Sagrada Familia (30 min walk). Barcelona El Prat Airport is 15 km away; take the Aerobús to Plaça de Catalunya and then the metro directly to the apartment. The area is walkable to the city centre and main attractions, while also remaining relatively quiet at night.

Each apartment has 3 separate bedrooms (each with a double bed), one bathroom with a shower, and free toiletries. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware. The living area has a flat-screen TV and a dining table; some units have a balcony with city views. All units have a washing machine and ironing facilities. Air conditioning is available only in the living area, not in the bedrooms - portable fans are provided. The property is three floors up with no lift and steep stairs; this affects accessibility and luggage handling. The rooftop terrace is shared, but some apartments have private balconies and one has a private patio.

The kitchen is well stocked with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. For eating out, the surrounding streets are lined with a wide variety of restaurants and cafés - Macchina Pasta Bar, Medulio, and La Bella Istanbul are all within 0.5 km. Bakeries nearby provide fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine; a welcome bottle of wine is provided upon arrival.

The fitness centre is available on site and is free of charge. The highlight is the large shared rooftop terrace, which has seating and sun loungers - ideal for relaxing after a day exploring. Some apartments also have private balconies or a patio. The nearby Gràcia neighbourhood has many parks, including Park Güell within a 20-minute walk.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas. Check-in and building access are managed through a mobile app; the system works without needing an internet connection, which is useful for international travellers. Luggage storage can be arranged before check-in or after checkout upon request, and the property has a lobby where bags can be left. An invoice is provided. The property has CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers for safety. Laundry: each apartment has a washing machine. The building has no lift and no concierge - all communication is via the app or email.
