"THE SISTERS' HOSTEL" THE WOMEN ONLY HOSTEL, Costa Adeje (Tenerife)

The hostel is set in a quiet neighborhood on a hill, with the promenade, port and beaches reachable in about 10 minutes on foot via a straight downhill road. A large supermarket sits across the street and a coin laundry, mall and several cafés and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. The Costa Adeje bus station is nearby, providing direct buses to Tenerife South Airport (line 40, ~45 min) and around the island. Those car-free will find the walk from the Las Americas bus station uphill challenging with luggage; a short taxi ride from that stop solves it. Free public parking is available off-site without reservation.

Each dormitory room contains six comfortable bunk beds - each with its own privacy curtain, reading light, shelf and power socket - plus lockable drawers, under-bed plastic storage boxes, and a full drawer with a mini padlock. Bed linen, towels and a duvet with a soft blanket are provided. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and large pump bottles of shampoo and body wash. Rooms also feature a tea and coffee maker, a small fridge, and a table. The hostel is cleaned daily and feels modern, well-finished and quiet at night despite its proximity to the ring road. Rooms can get warm, but sleeping with the door open is safe and common.

A continental breakfast is available every morning as a self-service setup in the shared kitchen: fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, various cereals, wholemeal and sliced bread, mini croissants, orange juice, and hot drinks (coffee, tea, herbal teas) plus milk. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with an induction hob, pots, pans, cutlery, a microwave, toaster, and refrigerator, as well as complimentary olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices, tea bags, coffee, milk and a free filtered-water dispenser. A number of restaurants and pizzerias are within a 5-10 minute walk, including Hemingway's Cafe and Sunset Restaurant, all about 0.5 km away.

The hostel itself does not have a pool, spa, or gym. The main leisure amenity is a large, sunny terrace with chairs, tables and views toward the Atlantic Ocean, where guests can eat breakfast, read, work, or socialize. The communal indoor lounge area is also comfortable. For active pursuits, scuba diving can be arranged in the area. The nearby beaches, Siam Park, and the port are within a short walk, providing plenty of outdoor activity options.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the rooms. Daily housekeeping is included in the rate and keeps all areas fresh. Security is provided 24/7 with full-day presence and fire extinguishers. The shared kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and includes a complimentary breakfast station. A paid airport shuttle service (€30-35) is available subject to prior arrangement; alternatively, airport pick-up and drop-off are also offered for an additional charge. The reception hosts speak English, Spanish and Italian. Luggage storage and flexible check-in/out are often accommodated on request.
