The surrounding neighbourhood offers many restaurants, cafés, and bars, with a 24-hour McDonald's 2 minutes away and several Asian and Italian eateries within a 5-minute walk. The Nový Smíchov shopping mall is a short tram ride away. Despite the busy street, many apartments remain quiet due to good window insulation, though road-facing units can experience noise, especially during events at a nearby factory. The location is also well-served for airport access - the drive takes roughly 25 minutes depending on traffic.

Room types range from studios (with a wall bed or two separate beds) to one-bedroom apartments that sleep up to three guests on a large double bed and a sofa bed. All units include a kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities. The private bathrooms have a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Apartments feature a washing machine, ironing facilities, heating, a seating and dining area, and carpeted floors. Some lower-ground-floor units (S01-S04) are darker and may feel damp, while upper-floor apartments are brighter and quieter. Road-facing rooms can be very noisy, especially on lower floors, and are not recommended for light sleepers.
