The property sits on the left bank of the Vltava River in Prague's historic Lesser Town. All major sightseeing points, museums, shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are reachable by a pleasant stroll through the historical city centre. Metro station Malostranská (line A) and tram stops Malostranská and Malostranské náměstí are within five minutes on foot, providing direct connections to Václav Havel Airport Prague, Prague Main Train Station, bus terminal Florenc, and O2 Arena. The area is very lively during the day due to tourist footfall, but the street becomes calmer in the evenings. A supermarket is directly across the street, and numerous restaurants and cafes are within a two-minute walk.

Each room has a slightly different character: some face Mostecká street, others face the rear courtyard (which is quieter). All rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton bed linen. Bathrooms are modern with a shower, hairdryer, and heated towel racks. In-room amenities include a smart TV, minibar, electric kettle with tea and coffee, safe, and free Wi-Fi. There is no air conditioning - fans are provided. A communal iron and ironing board are available on the landing. Rooms at the rear are recommended for light sleepers, as the street-facing rooms can experience some noise from the pedestrian-heavy street during the day.

No on-site dining facilities are available. The property is surrounded by a wide variety of eating and drinking options within a minute or two on foot, including Pork's (famous for pork knuckle), Lokál U Bílé Kuželky, Restaurant U Černého Orla, Malostranské hospůdky U Tří Zvonků, and several cafes such as Rainbow's End Cafe and Liberica Cafe Lazenská. A supermarket is directly across the street for self-catering supplies. An electric kettle with tea and coffee is provided in each room.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. Optional activities available at an extra cost include bike tours, walking tours, and tours or classes about local culture. A golf course is located within 3 km. Live music performances and temporary art galleries are available off site for an additional charge.
