The main train station is a 10-15 minute walk, and the airport is reachable in 35-40 minutes by public transport (bus 119 to Nadrazi Veleslavin then metro A to Muzeum). While the immediate street has some adult-oriented businesses, the area is safe and well-connected. Most major attractions, including Prague Castle, are walkable, and the location scores highly for walkability. The building overlooks a quiet inner courtyard, which can reduce street noise.

Studio apartments sleep up to 3 people in a combined living/bedroom, while larger family apartments have a separate living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with either a double bed or three single beds. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people (with two on the sofa bed). All units include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, heating, a seating area, and a dining table. Kitchen equipment includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and cookware - no oven or toaster is provided. Some apartments face a quiet inner courtyard, which helps reduce noise. Note that there is no elevator and some stairs are uneven. Bed firmness and sofa-bed comfort have been described as basic or firm; rooms on upper floors may experience more noise from other residents.

The kitchen includes a hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and basic cookware/utensils. Complimentary tea and instant coffee are often provided. Within a 300-500m walk there are numerous restaurants and bars, including Vesmirna, Mala India, Cicala Trattoria, Cafe Smecky, and steakhouse Titanic.
