The hotel is directly across from Gare Saint-Lazare, one of Paris's main transport hubs, providing metro lines 3, 12, 13, and 14, RER E, and numerous bus routes. Walking times: Opéra Garnier (10 min), Galeries Lafayette (10 min), Montmartre (20 min), Champs-Élysées (25 min). The neighbourhood is lively with many cafés, brasseries, and shops immediately around the station. Despite the central location, the area is safe and generally quiet at night. A covered public car park (EFFIA) is 50 metres away with discounted rates for hotel guests. Metro line 14, running across the street, reaches Paris-Orly airport in 40 minutes; a 10-minute walk takes you to the Roissy Bus for CDG airport (50 min).

Rooms are typical of central Paris - compact but efficiently laid out. Each features reversible air conditioning with individual control, double-glazed soundproofing, and premium bedding. In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV with international channels and Canal+, free Wi-Fi, individual safe, mini-refrigerator, and a courtesy tray with electric kettle. Private bathrooms have a shower or bathtub (bathtub available on request - specify when booking), hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms are adjacent (two separate double bedrooms next to each other, not communicating). Please note that rooms near the lift or facing the square can experience noise; top-floor rooms have a sloping ceiling. The shower enclosure is narrow, and the room size (approximately 12 m2) may feel snug for two large suitcases. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are cleaned daily. There are no rooms with a balcony.

Breakfast is served in a small, charming vaulted basement - seating is limited, so arriving early is advisable. The continental buffet includes bread, croissants, butter, jam, yogurt, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, sliced cucumber and tomato, hot drinks, and juices. The hotel does not have a restaurant for other meals, but numerous restaurants, brasseries, and a supermarket are within a 2-minute walk in and around the Saint-Lazare station complex.
