The hotel sits on a quiet, safe street in the Bercy area, a young and lively neighbourhood with mini markets, supermarkets (Auchan, Lidl), bakeries, cafés, and several restaurants within a 300-metre radius. Metro line 14, located a 1-2 minute walk from the entrance, connects directly to Gare de Lyon, Châtelet, and the Saint-Lazare area, and provides a straightforward route from both Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports. The RER C station is 200 metres away, making it easy to reach the Eiffel Tower, Versailles, and other major landmarks. The area is car-free for guests - no hotel parking exists - but taxis to the city centre cost around 15€. Bike rental is available next to the hotel.

Accommodation includes single, double, triple, family and quadruple rooms. The triple and quad rooms are notably spacious for Paris, each with three single beds (no sofa beds), while double rooms are more compact. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, parquet flooring, an electric kettle, and a mini fridge. Private bathrooms include a shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Certain rooms offer a balcony. Some rooms - particularly those in older sections of the property - feel small and basic, and a few have reported issues with broken fixtures, stained walls, and dust. The overall room condition varies, so requesting a recently refurbished room is advisable.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, croissants, cheese, ham, eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, juices, and vegan milk. The dining area is very small, so arriving early helps avoid queues. Breakfast service runs daily and includes a range of items, though the selection is not extensive.
