Accommodation is spread across the main Victorian house and a newer extension. The refurbished rooms in the extension are modern, clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds, smart TVs (Netflix/Prime), Bluetooth mirrors, and good showers. Rooms in the original house vary significantly: some are spacious with marble fireplaces and traditional wooden floors, while others are small with minimal storage (no wardrobe, only a hanging bar or small shelf). Front-facing rooms on the main road can be noisy due to traffic - double glazing is not always present. A number of rooms have private bathrooms located a few steps down from the bedroom rather than being en-suite. Ground-floor rooms may have rear garden views. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the hallway, not inside every room. A fan is not provided, and some rooms lack bedside lamps.
