The hotel is an 8-minute walk from the UNESCO building and a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and Tour Montparnasse. Ségur and Cambronne metro stations are each a 3-minute walk away, providing direct lines across Paris and connections to both CDG and Orly airports for €11-€12 per person via RER B and metro. Numerous restaurants, brasseries, supermarkets, and a bakery line the surrounding streets. The neighbourhood is well-connected but less crowded than the Marais, making it suitable for travellers who want a calmer base. Walking to central sites is possible, but using the metro is faster for longer journeys.

All rooms are air-conditioned and include an LCD TV with satellite channels, a minibar, a safe, an electric kettle with tea/coffee, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Superior rooms on the 6th or 7th floor offer a view of the Eiffel Tower but require a specific booking request and an extra charge; the hotel has no rooms with a balcony. Soundproofing is minimal: road-facing and metro-facing rooms can be noisy with the window open, and thin walls mean hallway noise carries. Some rooms include a bathtub instead of a shower. Room size is tight for two people with luggage, but the beds and bedding are consistently reported as comfortable. The décor and furniture are simple and older in style. Daily housekeeping replaces towels and makes beds; the hotel can provide a baby cot in a superior room upon request.
