The hotel is ideally placed at the junction of the 11th and 12th arrondissements. Bastille metro station (lines 1, 5, 8) is 100 metres away, providing direct connections to the Louvre Museum (10 minutes) and Arc de Triomphe. Gare de Lyon is a 10-minute walk (900 metres), ideal for TGV and RER A services to Disneyland Paris (45-60 minutes). The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, bars, cafés and fashion boutiques, while Le Marais, Place des Vosges, and the Picasso Museum are within a pleasant walking distance. The Coulée Verte (Promenade Plantée) and the canal Saint-Martin harbour are also nearby.

Standard rooms are compact but bright, available as single or double configurations. Superior rooms are larger, with an extra bed that expands capacity to three or four adults. Junior Suites (33 m2) offer a separate bedroom with a king-size bed or two twin beds, a sofa bed for two, and two bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub. All rooms are non-smoking and feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Chromecast for streaming, a safe, hairdryer, and courtesy tray. Rooms facing the street can be noisier, so light sleepers may prefer a room on the courtyard side. Triple rooms are 20 m2; for families who prefer more space, a Junior Suite is recommended.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the lively Bastille neighbourhood offers dozens of cafés, bistros, and brasseries within a two-minute walk.

For leisure, the Coulée Verte (Promenade Plantée) - a 5 km elevated walkway - starts a few minutes away, ideal for jogging or a peaceful stroll. The Jardin des Plantes botanical garden is 1 km from the hotel, and the canal Saint-Martin harbour offers boat trips. The Opéra Bastille is right opposite the hotel, and Palais Omnisport de Paris-Bercy, Bibliothèque François Mitterrand, and several museums (Picasso, Carnavalet) are within walking distance or a short metro ride.
