The property is on a relatively quiet street just off the main tourist routes, keeping noise low while placing all major sights within a 5-10 minute walk. Santa Maria Novella Train Station is 20 minutes on foot or a short bus ride away (bus stop a few minutes' walk, fare around €1). Dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops are within 300 metres, and the Uffizi Gallery is a 5-minute stroll. The area feels safe and secure at all hours.

Rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and feature a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and desk.
