The property sits in the real heart of Singapore. National Gallery Singapore is 600 metres away, Asian Civilisations Museum is 700 metres, and Singapore City Gallery is a 14-minute walk. Singapore City Hall MRT Station is about 7 minutes on foot. Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, and the Merlion are within a 15-to-20-minute walk. The area is packed with dining options from local seafood to Spanish cuisine, all within 300 metres. Clarke Quay, Chinatown, and the central business district are also easily reachable on foot or by MRT. Changi Airport is a 30-to-40-minute trip via MRT or 20-to-30 minutes by taxi.

All rooms are shared dormitories (mixed or female-only). Capsules have a comfortable mattress, duvet and pillow, a fold-down shelf for a tablet or laptop, multiple plug points, and a locker sized to fit a small to medium suitcase (18x16 inches for single beds, 31x16 inches for queen pods). The female dormitory has 14 beds and its own bathroom wing. Couples can book a queen-sized double capsule. Upper bunks require a steep ladder - movement above may be felt and heard in the pod below. The property has parquet floors, a shared bathroom, a walk-in shower, a bidet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine available in the room. Road-facing capsules can be noisy from clubs, bars and other guests on weekend nights. Air conditioning cools the dorm but may not reach fully inside the pod if the blackout blind is completely closed.

There is no breakfast on site. The shared kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, and a water filter, plus free instant coffee and tea. Towels are available for rent at SGD 2. For meals, the immediate vicinity along Boat Quay and along the riverfront provides an extensive choice of restaurants and bars - from seafood and tapas to local hawker fare - all within a 5-minute walk. The MRT also gives quick access to Chinatown and Little India for more variety.

There is no pool, spa, or gym on site. A shared lounge and TV area is available, and the property provides a washing machine (additional charge) and a mini kitchenette. The location makes leisure activities like walking along the Singapore River, visiting the Esplanade, Merlion Park, and Gardens by the Bay easy to access. Boating opportunities are also available on the river.

Wi-Fi is free in the rooms. Lockers are integrated below each capsule (free), and there is a secure luggage storage area in the lounge for use before check-in or after check-out.
