The area is full of restaurants, trendy bars, and shops, with a Monoprix supermarket directly across the street. Notre-Dame is 4 km away, Père Lachaise cemetery 1 km, and Bois de Vincennes 4 km. Public transport is excellent, but the neighbourhood can feel a bit seedy at night around the square. Overall, the location is ideal for travellers who prioritise metro access over being in the very centre.

Bedding is top-range, and bathrooms are modern but can be very small, especially in single rooms. Some rooms have been renovated with contemporary decor, while others retain older carpets and furniture. Soundproofing is limited; noise from corridors, the street, and the inner courtyard can be an issue, particularly on lower floors. Rooms on the ground floor may feel vibrations from the nearby metro. Windows can be opened in most rooms, but ground-floor rooms overlooking the breakfast area may lack privacy. Pillow types are available on request. There are no fridges or balconies in the rooms.

The breakfast includes bread, pastries, cheese, yogurt, fruit, juices, and boiled eggs. Selection is limited - no hot dishes, no whole-wheat bread, and fresh fruit is often just apples. The breakfast room is pleasant but can be crowded at peak times. The hotel has no restaurant, but wine and champagne are available. Numerous cafés and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk, and a Monoprix supermarket is across the street for self-catering.

The fitness room is modern but compact. There is no pool, spa, or wellness centre. The hotel has a small terrace for relaxation.
