Belivin99 Residence sits on the edge of vibrant Chinatown, just 300 metres from Wat Mangkon MRT station - a 5-minute walk. The area is a food lover's destination, with dozens of acclaimed restaurants and street stalls within 0.3-0.5 km, including Michelin-starred noodle spots. A 7-Eleven and a large supermarket are directly opposite. Don Mueang Airport is 25 km away; the MRT connects easily to both airports and the city centre. The street can be busy, but the building itself is quiet at night. Walking tours and riverboat stations are also reachable on foot.

Each unit is air-conditioned and features a private bathroom with shower and bidet, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a work desk, and a sofa. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, and dining utensils. Rooms range from studios to one-bedroom apartments and a family room with two beds. Beds are remarkably comfortable with thick mattresses and quality pillows for deep sleep. Room sizes are spacious enough for two, with thoughtful touches like a colour-coded shoe-off area. Upper-floor rooms require stairs, but staff gladly carry luggage. Some street-facing rooms may experience traffic noise; earplugs are provided.

There is no in-house restaurant, but the ground-floor café serves coffee and light bites. For proper meals, Chinatown's legendary street food and Chinese restaurants are steps away. The Michelin-starred chicken noodle stall is around the corner, and dozens of eateries line the streets within a 5-minute walk. The kitchenette in each room includes a microwave, fridge, and kettle, ideal for simple meals or reheating takeaway. A 7-Eleven and Big C supermarket across the street provide easy access to snacks and supplies. Breakfast can be found at nearby food stalls or the café.

WiFi is free and fast throughout the property. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available on each floor (10 baht coins; staff can change notes).
