The property's location is ideal for guests who want to explore the resort on foot, with supermarkets and the beach easily accessible. Guests arriving by car will find free street parking available in the surrounding streets, though a space cannot be reserved in advance.

The apartments are spacious but the furniture and decor are dated and in need of updating. Each unit has a private bathroom (with either a shower over a bath, or a shower), satellite TV (remote control requires a deposit, limited UK channels), and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room - there is no air conditioning, which can make the rooms uncomfortably hot, especially during summer. Some apartments boast a sea view, which is a notable plus. The furniture, including the sofa bed for the third guest, is often described as uncomfortable and worn. Cleanliness standards vary; while some apartments are reported as clean, others have issues with stains, mould, ants, and cockroaches. Higher-floor apartments offer the best views but also require climbing many stairs, as there is no lift.

Breakfast, available for 7€ per person, includes hot items (bacon, eggs, sausages), continental choices (pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt), and drinks. Lunch and dinner buffets offer a selection of salads, meats, fish, pasta, rice dishes, and a small choice of hot and cold dishes; the overall quality and variety are considered to be suitable for the price, but some dishes can be repetitive and the hot food is occasionally lukewarm. The all-inclusive package covers meals in the buffet restaurant and local drinks (including alcoholic beverages) from 10:00 to 23:00, but does not include snacks, ice cream, or bottled beer. The 24-hour front desk can arrange taxis, currency exchange, and provide a safe deposit box for a fee. Luggage storage is available free of charge, though bags are left in the reception area. Laundry is self-service via a wash and dry machine costing 5.20€ per cycle; additional charges apply for detergent. There is a minimarket on site selling basic essentials. The property is not accessible for guests with mobility impairments: no lift, ramps are steep, and the complex has many steps. Requests for a ground-floor room can be made but are not guaranteed. Housekeeping is provided daily (except on staff days off), but towel changes are limited (around twice per week) and linen changes are less frequent; guests may need to request additional towels.
