The complex is in a flat, central area of Puerto del Carmen, giving easy access to both the lively new town and the quieter old town harbour. Playa Grande beach is a 2-minute walk. The main bus stop is right outside, and Matagorda is a 40-minute walk. Several supermarkets, a pharmacy, and an emergency doctor are metres away, while over a dozen restaurants and bars - including an Irish pub - are within a 5-minute radius. Parking is very limited; free street parking is uphill and hard to find. For those without a car, the location is ideal for walking. Car rental can be arranged at reception.

All units have a separate living area with sofa bed, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, and kitchenware. Bedrooms contain two single beds (often pushed together) plus a sofa bed in the living area. Some apartments sleep up to 5 people. Bathrooms have a bath only. Rooms with air conditioning are available but cost extra and are on lower floors with views of machinery or walls. Apartments without air conditioning have a fan and are on higher floors with better views. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with major English-language channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4), a hairdryer, and free toiletries. Daily cleaning service is provided. The furniture is described as dated and worn, but the apartments are kept very clean. Doors are not soft-closing, so noise from slamming can be an issue. Road- or pool-facing rooms can be noisier. The complex has a lift.

The breakfast buffet offers bread, pastries, hot and cold options including cooked items, fruit, drinks, and often champagne. It runs from 07:30 to 10:30. Some find the variety extensive and the quality good, while others note that hot items can be greasy and the bacon not to everyone's taste. The bar-cafeteria serves snacks and lunch throughout the day, and the restaurant has a set menu. Special dietary menus are available on request. Many restaurants and bars are within a short walk, including an Irish pub, Italian, and Spanish options. The bar accepts card payments only.

There are two outdoor pools - one for adults and one for children, both open year-round. The children's pool is heated only in winter. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided, and pool towels can be obtained from the lifeguard (changed once per week). The rooftop terrace has a hot tub and sea views. Activities available nearby include cycling, diving, fishing, golf (within 3 km), hiking, and snorkelling - all at additional charge. In the evening, there is live entertainment on some nights. The small pool area means sunbed reservation is a common issue; towels left for over an hour are removed. A children's playground is on site, but there is no kids' club.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with tours and excursions. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas although strength can be weak in some rooms. Luggage storage is free. Daily housekeeping is included, and laundry is available for a charge. Safety deposit boxes are free. Car and bicycle rental can be arranged. The property has a lift, family rooms, and non-smoking rooms throughout. Payment can be made by major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Maestro, MasterCard). The reception is closed from midnight, with key card access to the side gate. The complex is gated and CCTV is in operation.
