The property sits just off the main seafront strip, a level walk to bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach. A wide selection of dining options is within 300-500 metres, including Cantina Chihuahua, Vulcano restaurant, and Cafe Berlin Lanzarote, with the main Avenida de las Playas under five minutes on foot. The Hyperdino supermarket is accessible via steps directly from the pool area. The complex is well-suited for those without a car; a taxi rank is located nearby. There is no on-site parking, and the location is flat, making it easy to explore on foot. The closest beach is 150 metres away.

One-bedroom apartments sleep up to 3 guests (a double or twin plus a single sofa bed), while two-bedroom apartments accommodate up to 5 (one double and two twin beds plus a single sofa bed). All units have a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. Kitchenettes are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and cooking utensils. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is provided. Rooms with pool views or garden views are available, as are rooms with limited or no view. Ground-floor apartments with minimal steps can be requested for mobility needs but are subject to availability. The property includes three wheelchair-adapted one-bedroom apartments located near the solarium area. Some apartments may feel dated, with firm beds and occasional noise from internal corridors, adjacent rooms, or external service areas. Air conditioning is available in the living area only. A free in-room safe is provided.

Half-board includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner à la carte (drinks not included; some dishes may incur an additional charge) at the Tágara and Atlántico restaurants. It also includes a dining credit for dinner at the Melvin by Martín Berasategui restaurant. Breakfast is available; the bar serves drinks and snacks including a breakfast option. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes within a short walk, including Cantina Chihuahua, Vulcano restaurant, Cafe Berlin Lanzarote, Lani's Gourmet Restaurant, La Paloma, Golden Corner Cocktail Bar, Restaurante La Ola, and Wok. An on-site supermarket provides self-catering supplies.

The adult outdoor swimming pool is heated from 1 November to 31 March, making it usable year-round. The children's pool is open from 10:00 to 18:00. A solarium area with sun loungers is located around the pool. Sun lounger availability can be limited, particularly during peak season; reserving beds with towels from early morning is common practice. A poolside bar serves drinks and snacks, and a pool table is available for an additional charge. There is no spa or wellness centre on site. A bicycle rental service is available for an extra fee, and car hire can also be arranged.
