The hotel overlooks a quiet square and is just a 3-minute walk from Paddington Station, providing access to the Underground (Bakerloo, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City lines), National Rail, and the Heathrow Express (15 minutes to the airport). Hyde Park is a 5-10 minute walk away, and Madame Tussauds, Oxford Street, Bond Street, and Kensington are within a short bus or tube ride. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops on Edgware Road and nearby streets, including a Tesco Metro for essentials. A bus stop is located right outside the hotel, offering direct routes to King's Cross, Oxford Street, and Leicester Square.

Rooms are individually decorated and include an en suite bathroom with shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer (on request). Each room features a flat-screen TV, electric kettle with tea and coffee, ironing facilities, and a dressing area. Single rooms can be compact and some are located on the basement level. Triple rooms vary: one room has three single beds; others have a double and a single bed. Quadruple rooms typically have a double and two single beds. Some double rooms have a balcony. Room size varies-some are described as small, especially single and basement rooms, while others offer more space. Heating is available, but there is no air conditioning. Fans are provided in warmer months. Noise from the Underground can be heard in many rooms, particularly those on lower floors or at the back of the property. Road-facing rooms may also experience street noise.

Breakfast is available for £7 and includes a full English breakfast (sausage, egg, bacon, beans, mushrooms, toast) or a continental option with cereals, fruit juice, tea, and coffee. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon request. Breakfast is served in the dining room Monday-Friday 6:30-9:00 AM and Saturday-Sunday 7:00-9:00 AM. The dining room is closed on Christmas Day. For other meals, there is no restaurant on-site, but the area around Paddington Station offers a wide variety of dining choices within a 5-minute walk, including pubs, fast food, and international restaurants. Many cafés and coffee shops are also nearby for lighter meals.
