FAIRFIELD BY MARRIOTT INN & SUITES NASHVILLE ANTIOCH, Nashville

The hotel sits off I-24 near a train line, making it convenient for car travel but not walkable to attractions. Downtown Nashville is about a 20-minute drive via I-24/I-65, though traffic can be heavy. The nearest restaurants (IHOP, O'Charley's) and a shopping area are within 1 km. The Ford Ice Center (hockey) is nearby. Public transport is accessible but a car or rideshare is recommended for exploring the city. The area has some transient activity; the hotel maintains security patrols.

The breakfast includes warm dishes (eggs, sausages, waffles), fresh pastries, fruits, juice, and coffee. Offerings rotate daily. The breakfast area is kept clean, but items often run out after 8:00, and the hot line typically closes at 8:30. Lobby coffee and water are available around the clock. For dining beyond breakfast, nearby chain restaurants (O'Charley's, Wendy's) are within walking distance, but the hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar.

The indoor pool is advertised as heated but is frequently reported as closed for maintenance or too cold to use. It is recommended to call ahead for current status. The fitness centre is equipped with modern machines and is free to use. Outdoors, the property features a sun terrace, picnic area with BBQ facilities, and an outdoor fireplace (some reports of non-functional fire pit). These areas are available on a first-come basis.

Free private parking on site (no reservation needed) includes accessible spaces and truck parking. A 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out and invoice provision. The business centre has fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities (fees apply). Laundry is coin-operated. On-site security patrols the property 24/7, with CCTV and well-lit areas. Wheelchair-accessible rooms and common areas are available. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area. Pets are not allowed. WiFi is free and available in all areas.
