BEVERLY HILLS CELEBRITY HOME, Los Angeles

The Maisonette is a two-bedroom apartment with one king bed, one set of bunk beds, and no living room. It has a small kitchenette (microwave, electric kettle, cookware), an outdoor eating area, and a private bathroom. The studio is a compact, air-conditioned unit with a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace with pool views. Both units include a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, bathrobes, a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and parquet flooring. The Maisonette is ideal for a family of four; the studio suits a solo traveler or couple. An air mattress can be added to the Maisonette for a fifth person, but space becomes tight.

Each unit provides tea and coffee making facilities for light breakfast preparation. The Maisonette has a small kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, and basic cookware, suitable for simple meals. For a fuller dining experience, Sushi Sushi is a 4-minute walk, Melanee Thai and Nagila Kosher Pizza & Salads are a 6-minute walk, and Urth Caffe is about a 10-minute stroll. The property does not have an on-site restaurant or bar, so guests will rely on nearby options for most meals.

The backyard swimming pool is heated between April 1 and November 1 and is surrounded by a peaceful garden with sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The hot tub is functional year-round. Both pool and hot tub are shared with the main house but are rarely busy. Pool towels are provided. The garden also includes a patio and a sun terrace. For additional leisure, a golf course and tennis courts are within 3 km (additional charges apply), and hiking trails are accessible off-site.

Free public street parking is available directly in front of the house with a permit provided at the property - the permit must be returned before check-out. Wi-Fi is free in public areas and reported as reliable for remote work. A paid shuttle service can be arranged. Express self check-in and check-out via door code makes arrival and departure smooth. The property is non-smoking throughout and equipped with fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Air conditioning and heating are available in all units. A cot can be provided for infants. No pets are allowed. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.
