Daytime walking is fine, but evening travel is better by Uber, cab, or public transport. The BART station (4-minute walk) connects directly to Union Square and San Francisco International Airport. Nearby dining includes multiple restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Security is present 24/7, and key-card access is required for the elevator.

Rooms are compact but comfortable, with clean, modern furnishings and good-quality beds. Air conditioning is not available; rooms rely on ceiling fans or portable heaters. Rooms facing the main road experience noticeable street noise. Some rooms have connecting doors and limited soundproofing. Standard rooms lack a mini-fridge or microwave (refrigerator available on request). Each unit includes a flat-screen TV, safe, tea/coffee maker, and free toiletries. Double rooms feature either one or two beds; suites add a separate living area. The interior hallways and courtyards can feel dated, but bedrooms are well-maintained.
