Tram stops are located right outside the entrance, providing easy access to the West Harbour ferry terminal for day trips to Tallinn. The surrounding area is quiet at night, despite being close to public transport. Major sights such as the Helsinki Music Centre, Finlandia Hall, and Helsinki Bus Station are all walkable. A supermarket is next door and another is across the street. Parking is not on-site; paid parking is available at nearby Aimo Park or Europark.

The apartments are clean, modern, and well thought-out, with soundproofed rooms that tend to be quiet at night. Kitchen facilities include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and cookware - everything needed for self-catering. A washing machine with a dryer, detergent pods, and an iron are provided in every unit. While penthouse apartments include a private sauna, studio units do not. Some penthouses have a balcony. Beds are generally comfortable, though some units have firmer mattresses. Double-glazed windows help keep noise out. A lift serves the 5th floor, but does not go directly to the apartment. For families, sofa beds and cots are available. The luggage room is on the 5th floor.
