Two grocery stores (S-Market across the street, K-Market in the metro) are a 2-minute walk, and a 24-hour supermarket is also nearby. Multiple restaurants, including Loving Hut, Hum Hum, and Silvoplee, are within 0.5 km. While the neighborhood is vibrant, ongoing street construction may cause some access difficulty, particularly at the main entrance.

The hotel offers double, twin, family, and suite configurations. Family rooms can accommodate up to two adults and a child with an extra bed.
