Eurohostel offers STANDARD and BUDGET rooms. STANDARD rooms include a TV with satellite channels, a table, a chair, a mirror, and lockable cupboards. These rooms have renovated surfaces and improved sound isolation. BUDGET rooms provide basic accommodation with a table, a chair, a mirror, and lockable cupboards. Options include single rooms (9 m2), twin rooms (14 m2), and triple rooms (19 m2). Twin and triple rooms offer the option to add an extra bed.

Restaurant Island-K, located on the ground floor, provides restaurant services, including a buffet breakfast from 7 to 10 AM on weekdays and from 8 to 11 AM on weekends and bank holidays. A light takeaway breakfast can be pre-ordered until 11 AM the previous day for 11,90 €. Breakfast is free for children under 3 years old (with paying parents) and costs 7,90 € for children aged 3-9. A hot drink vending machine in the lobby offers Fairtrade certified drinks.

The hostel features two lounges for relaxation and board games. Guests have access to separate saunas for men and women on the 7th floor, heated in the mornings (7-10 AM, free for guests) and evenings (5-10 PM, 7,50 € for guests). Private sauna rentals are available for 99 € per 4 hours for guests, including towels for ten bathers. Three self-catering kitchens are open from 6 AM to 11 PM. A laundrette with coin-operated machines is available.

Located in Katajanokka, Eurohostel is near the sea and a short walk from attractions. The nearest tram stop, Vyökatu, is close to the hostel. Trams run every 5 to 15 minutes. The Katajanokka Sea Terminal (Viking Line) is 200 meters away. From the Central Railway Station, take a tram to Lasipalatsi stop. Follow road signs to Katajanokka or Katajanokka terminaali by car. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard. Allas Sea Pool is also nearby.

The reception is open 24/7. Luggage storage and safety boxes are available on the ground floor. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the hostel. Bicycle rental is offered at the reception. The hostel provides information on public transportation tickets and local activities. Groups can be accommodated, with twin or triple rooms available with extra beds. Linen and towels are included. Eurohostel recycles paper, cardboard, batteries, glass, metal, fluorescent lamps, and broken electronic devices.
