The estate is a working farm surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, offering direct views toward Siena. Public transport does not serve the property, so a car or taxi is essential for visiting Siena. Walking to Siena is possible but takes about an hour each way with steep hills. Florence Airport is 76 km away, and the nearest train station is in Siena.

The accommodation includes double rooms, family rooms, apartments, and a unique Tower suite. All units have private bathrooms with showers (some also offer a bath) and include free toiletries. Rooms feature a wardrobe, heating, and a tea/coffee maker. Apartments add a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a separate living area.
