BOUTIQUE URBAN MADRID GENOVA, Madrid

The property sits directly next to Alonso Martínez metro station (lines 5, 7, 10), making it possible to reach the airport via a single change at Nuevos Ministerios. Many attractions such as Gran Vía, the National Library, and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium are reachable on foot or by metro within 15-25 minutes. The street is lined with popular restaurants and a lively bar directly below the building, so rooms facing the street or lower floors can be noisier. For a quieter stay, a room on the interior courtyard or a higher floor is recommended. The location is convenient for those wanting to explore Madrid without relying on taxis or rental cars.

The property itself has no restaurant or in-house dining, but breakfast can be arranged for an extra charge of 7 EUR if booked the night before. Breakfast is a basic continental style served off-site at a nearby café; expect bread, pastries, and hot drinks rather than a full hot breakfast. For other meals, the surrounding streets offer numerous restaurants, including Benares Madrid, Almagro cafe & bar, and El Barrio Cervecería - all about 0.5 km away, though advance table reservations are recommended. The kitchenette in each studio allows guests to prepare simple meals using the hob, refrigerator, and provided cookware.

Wi-Fi is free and works reliably in most rooms. A 24-hour reception handles check-ins and inquiries; some staff members communicate primarily in Spanish, while others speak English. Luggage can be stored at reception before check-in or after check-out. A self-service coin laundry (washer and dryer) is available on the third floor, which is useful for longer stays. Daily cleaning includes bed-making, towel changes, and room tidying. The building is equipped with a lift and non-smoking rooms. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard.
