The hostel occupies a quiet street within walking distance of Gran Vía, Plaza de Cibeles, and numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The surrounding streets offer a wide selection of dining - from tapas bars to international cuisine - and a Dia supermarket is two blocks away. Gran Vía Metro Station provides direct connections across the city, while Plaza de Cibeles (5 minutes on foot) is the stop for the express airport bus to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, roughly 12 km away. The area is lively but the immediate street is calm at night, and key attractions such as the Prado Museum, Retiro Park, and Sol are within a comfortable walking or short metro ride.

Rooms contain 4 to 8 bunk beds in compact layouts. Each bed is equipped with a privacy curtain, reading light, power socket, and a personal locker (80 x 40 x 40 cm - bring your own padlock). Room space is tight, making simultaneous luggage unpacking by multiple occupants challenging. Air conditioning and heating are available but centralised, and some rooms may have limited ventilation. Windows are present in some dorms (nearly all with a quiet street view and curtains on the beds), but certain rooms are windowless or rely on open windows without mosquito screens. Bedframes are fixed to the wall, reducing movement from the upper bunk, though some fixtures can creak. Soundproofing is minimal so corridor and street noise may be noticeable. Some rooms contain a small balcony or patio. Free toiletries are not provided, and towels cost extra.

The kitchen is small and intended for simple meal preparation - heating pre-cooked items, making tea or coffee, or storing food in the communal fridge. The kitchen and small dining area close at 22:00, which limits evening cooking. For fuller meals, the surrounding streets offer an excellent variety of affordable restaurants, tapas bars, and supermarkets. El Tigre, La Barraca, Mercado de la Reina, and many other options are all within a 5-minute walk. A Dia supermarket is two blocks away for groceries and essentials. No breakfast or restaurant service is provided by the hostel.

The property does not offer a pool, spa, gym, sauna, or any organised recreation. The shared lounge and TV area is modest in size and closes at 22:00. For leisure, guests rely entirely on the central Madrid setting - Gran Vía, Prado Museum, Retiro Park, and the many cafés, bars, and cultural venues are all within easy walking or metro distance.

The hostel provides free Wi-Fi throughout. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, and entry is by key card, with CCTV and security alarms in common areas. Each bed has a personal locker (own padlock required). Free luggage storage is available for early arrivals or after check-out. The shared bathrooms are separated by gender, with a certain number of showers and toilets per floor - intended for budget accommodation standards, cleaning occurs multiple times daily.
