The hotel sits on a quiet street in the De Pijp neighbourhood, a short stroll from the Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum, and Vondelpark. Museumplein (500 m) offers direct bus 397 to Schiphol Airport in about 25 minutes. Tram 12 and 24 from Roelof Hartplein (2 minutes' walk) provide quick access to Central Station, RAI, and WTC. The Albert Cuyp Market and Heineken Experience are a 12-minute walk away. Several cafés and restaurants line the surrounding streets, and a supermarket is nearby. Dam Square is 3 km on foot or 15 minutes by tram.

Room types include Standard Double (some with balcony), Small Twin, Single, Comfort Double (some with natural daylight in the basement), and a Family Room (also in the basement with daylight). All rooms feature a work desk, parquet flooring, heating, and a private bathroom with Rituals toiletries. Balcony rooms face the inner garden and are on the first, second, or third floor. Some rooms have a bathtub (request subject to availability). Room sizes tend to be compact, especially the Small Twin and Single; Comfort and Family rooms offer more space. Daily housekeeping is provided. Noise from the lift and neighbouring rooms can be an issue, so light sleepers should request a room away from the lift. Air conditioning is standard, but in a few cases the system may cycle on and off with a slight pump noise. All rooms include a laptop safe and a Handy smartphone. Electric charging points are not available.

Breakfast runs from 07:00 to 10:30 on weekdays and until 11:00 on weekends. The buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, juice, and hot options such as scrambled eggs and sausages. The breakfast area is compact but also opens onto the courtyard garden, where guests can enjoy free coffee, tea, and water throughout the day. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but food delivery services (Uber Eats etc.) are accepted at reception. For a sit-down meal, several cafés and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Cafe Wildschut, Shiraz, I Kriti, and Renzo's.

The hotel offers bicycle rental for an additional charge, allowing guests to cycle to the museums, Vondelpark, or the city centre.
