THE BROOKLYN, New York

The hotel sits near the Atlantic Avenue subway station, providing direct access to Manhattan and the broader New York City transit network. Barclays Center is approximately 2 km (about a 30-minute walk); Coney Island is 12 km away. The immediate area features several dining options within a half-mile, including Pattie Hut & Grill, Smokey Island Grille, and Greedi Vegan. The neighborhood is a practical base for budget-conscious travellers who prioritize transit connectivity, though the surrounding streets can feel desolate and less inviting, especially at night. Street parking is metered daytime only; the nearest off-street lots accept cash.

Room types include suites with separate living and sleeping areas (some with two queen beds and a sofa bed, up to 4-6 people) and double rooms with either one full/double bed or two beds. All units feature a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, carpeted floors, ironing facilities, a seating area, wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Bathrooms include a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms are spacious compared to typical New York City hotels, and the larger suites offer significant space for families or groups. The property's decor includes exposed brick and high ceilings in some rooms. Road-facing rooms may experience noise from traffic and nearby nightlife.

The property includes a fitness centre with no additional fee. Guests can also join paid activities such as bike tours, walking tours, cooking classes, and pub crawls. For those looking to explore independently, hiking, fishing, and stand-up comedy are available off-site at an extra cost.

Wi-Fi is free and accessible throughout the hotel. The 24-hour reception offers concierge service, express check-in/out, private check-in/out, a tour desk, and luggage storage. A business centre and meeting/banquet facilities (at an additional charge) support work needs. The hotel has a lift, vending machines for drinks and snacks, and a shared lounge/TV area. Accessibility features include toilets with grab rails, and visual aids (Braille, tactile signs). Safety measures include CCTV, key card/key access, smoke alarms, and security alarm. Extra services include car hire, public transport tickets (additional charge), and board games/puzzles for families. There is no on-site parking, pool, spa, jacuzzi, or airport shuttle.
