CALYPSO CAY VACATION VILLAS, Kissimmee

The resort is 6 km from Disney World (15-25 min drive depending on traffic), 13 min from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, and 19 min from Universal Studios. Orlando International Airport is 32 km away. A Walmart is within walking distance, and numerous restaurants and shops are nearby. The area is best navigated by car, though the free shuttle to major theme parks is a practical alternative for park days. Driving in the area can be heavy with stop-and-go traffic, so plan extra travel time during peak hours.

The Tiki Bar & Grill serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails in a family-friendly setting. The poolside bar serves pizza, chicken strips, and other casual options with live music at times. A small market on property sells basics. For a wider selection, a Walmart and several chain restaurants (e.g., Olive Garden) are within a short walk or drive. Breakfast may not be included; check your booking for availability.

The resort has five heated outdoor pools (open year-round, heated to 29 °C), a waterslide, and hot tubs (40 °C). Children enjoy a splash pad, playground, and mini golf. Seasonal activities include zip lines and rock walls. A fitness center is available. Pools are shared across multiple adjoining hotels and can become crowded on weekends. Nightly poolside movies with popcorn are a popular family option. The property is family-oriented, with many facilities focused on younger children.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout. Parking is free and does not require a reservation. The front desk is open 24 hours. Luggage carts are available. The business centre is free to use. Accessible parking and ADA-accessible units are available on request. A free shuttle serves Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. No airport shuttle is available.
