The resort is situated on Irlo Bronson Highway, placing Disney's Animal Kingdom about 6 km away and Magic Kingdom a 10-15 minute Uber drive. Orlando International Airport is 34 km distant. Several dining options are within a short walk, including Wayback Burgers (0.5 km), Pineapple Pete's Restaurant & Lounge (0.5 km), and a Walmart nearby. Public transit is also accessible from a bus stop adjacent to the property. The area is very walkable for basic needs, but a car or ride-share is necessary for theme park visits since no shuttle service exists.

Rooms range from standard rooms with one or two king beds to suites with separate living rooms, full kitchenettes (fridge, dishwasher, oven, cookware, dining area), and in-unit washer/dryer. All accommodations are air-conditioned with a flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, private walk-in shower, and free toiletries. Standard rooms lack a desk, dresser, and microwave, and many find the shower design (half glass only) causes water to spill onto the floor. Road-facing rooms and those on the 4th floor near AC units can be noisier. The property is suitable for families, but guests wanting extensive storage or in-room work surfaces should book a suite or bring alternative solutions.

A buffet-style breakfast is served each morning, including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, potatoes, pastries, fruit, and juices. The breakfast fee is US$4.99 per person per day unless included in your booking, and two breakfast rooms are available-the second room is often less crowded. Throughout the day, a coffee shop offers drinks and light bites, a snack bar provides packaged foods, and the bar/lounge is open until 9:00 PM (closed after that time). There is no room service; orders from nearby restaurants can be collected from delivery drop-offs in the lobby.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated year-round and includes a water slide for children, plus a separate hot tub/jacuzzi. A dry sauna is located near the pool, and the fitness centre is open 24/7 with modern equipment. Sun loungers or beach chairs are available on the sun terrace. The pool area is well-maintained but can become crowded; the facility is open until 9:00 PM. There is no in-room microwave, but some suites have kitchenettes for preparing meals. The combination of pool, water slide, hot tub, sauna, and gym provides solid entertainment for both adults and children after a day at the theme parks.
