The area is very walkable for downtown errands and the waterfront boardwalk.

Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a coffee machine and a dining area. Studios offer a queen bed and a love seat; one-bedroom suites add a separate bedroom; two- and three-bedroom configurations provide additional space. Air conditioning is located in the living room and can cool the entire suite if bedroom doors are left open - each bedroom also has a pedestal fan. The TV is in the living room only, with complimentary Netflix access. City or sea views are available from higher floors (4th and above). Bathrooms have walk-in showers and a hairdryer. Noise from the nearby rooftop bar on Argyle Street is significant and continues until 2 am; rooms facing away from Argyle or on higher floors are quieter.
